Cazzie Cooking Classes

Adults

Our very popular Cazzie Cooking Class commenced more than 10 years ago and is still one of our most popular regular events.

Learn how to cook classic Greek food like spanikopita, moussaka, and sweets - using the same recipes as your parents and grandparents!

School Holiday Classes

All school-aged children are welcome to attend.

Youth Classes (18+ years)

Recipe Book

The Cazzie Cooking Class recipe book ‘From our GREEK KITCHEN to yours’ was first printed in 2016 and its success has exceeded all expectations. It has been instrumental in preserving generations of precious recipes handed down from our grandmothers, mothers and others.

Each recipe includes anecdotes and stories, making it even more special as it offers the reader a glimpse into the life and times of our Castellorizian community.
