This recipe book, used for our popular Cazzie Cooking Classes, has been instrumental in preserving generations of precious recipes handed down from our grandmothers, mothers and others.

First printed in 2016, each recipe includes anecdotes and stories, making it even more special as it offers the reader a glimpse into the life and times of our Castellorizian community.
